|  | Monthly visits to check on the
condition of your house, give it a good airing, take in the mail and
forward it on to you. You will receive a written report after each
visit.
|  | A systematic check after each storm
(Météo France) levels 3 and 4, followed by a written report. If
there is damage, with your approval we will obtain estimates and
organize any repairs which may need to be done and deal with local
firms (insurance, builders etc) on your behalf.
|  | Spring-clean the house and tidy up
the garden, turn on the electricity and water meters, check up on
installations and plug in electrical appliances. |
 | In the autumn, close down the house
for the winter, unplug electrical appliances, empty pipes and turn off
meters. |
